Witam. Mam pytanie w związku z wysokimi obrotami na jałowym. Znalazłem taką informację serwisową odnośnie tego silnika. Podobno przy wtyczce od komputera występuje problem z 28 pinem a dokładniej moduł wysyła niepoprawny sygnał do kontroli czujnika przepustnicy. Do wglądu daje oryginał Model: Escort 95˝ 1.4l EFi without power assisted steering built from 08.95 to 07.98 (build code ST to WM) inclusive.
Subject: High Idle speed
Summary:
If a customer expresses concern over a high idle speed, it is possible that the module is sending an incorrect signal to the throttle control sensor. This can be resolved by installing a connection to ground at pin 28 on the powertrain control module.
1. Detach the passengers cowl side trim panel and lay it to one side (refer to the Escort '95˝ Service Microfiche, Operation Number 43 832 0, step 5 only).
2. Remove the powertrain control module (refer to the Fiesta '96 Service Microfiche, Operation Number 29 200 0 as a guide).
3. Install a ground wire to pin 28 of the powertrain control module multiplug.
A Cut the wire from pin 28 approximately 50 mm from the multiplug.
B Strip approximately 10 mm of insulation from the ends of the cut cable.
C Strip approximately 10 mm of insulation from the ends of the ground wire.
D Install the heat shrink connector to both parts of the wire cut previously and the new ground wire.
E Carefully apply heat using a hot air gun.
4. Install the eyelet to the free end of the ground wire and attach it to the nearest existing ground point (located in the left-hand footwell, behind the cowl side trim).
