Witam,

szukałem, sporo szukałem ale bez skutku.

Wczoraj próbowałem dodać wyłącznik poduszki pasażera

Postępowanie:

1. Podłączenie przełącznika ON/OFF w schowku. Nie miałem lampki sygnalizacyjnej.
2. w Forscan w BCM zmieniłem pozycję na "wyłącznik poduszki powietrznej..." z pozycji "nie skonfigurowano". Zapisałem zmiany.
3. w RCM zrobiłem przyuczenie ale procedura zakończyła się niepomyślnie.

4. Tu prawdopodobnie dałem ciała bo zrobiłem reset RCM

od tej pory na zegarach szybko miga mi kontrolka poduszki.
w w DTC mam:
B00D5 - wyłącznik poduszki - kontrolka DTC włączona
B1D75 - kontrolka poduszki otwarny/zwarty obwód - kontrolka DTC włączona
U2100
U2101

5. w BCM odkręciłem zmianę tj. wyłącznik poduszki -> nieskonfigurowano. -> PISZ

6. Przyuczenie RCM. i tu się zgubiłem.

Reasumując: przełącznik fizycznie wyjęty, w BCM nieskonfigurowany a błędy niemożliwe do skasowania.

Wchodząc w RCM as built widzę tylko
737-01-01 0040
737-02-01 0000 0000 41
przy opcji "load factory AB" wyskakuje "There is no connection to the server".

Proszę o pomoc jak mogę to przywrócić do stanu poprzedniego - nie chce już kombinować z włącznikiem.

No właśnie... "There is no connection to the server". I tutaj moja wiedza, gdzie mogę tego szukać się kończy. Będę walczył i próbował - napisałem też na ForSCAN forum. Jeśli tylko coś wymyślę na pewno się podzielę.

A na przyszłość - będę zapisywał konfigurację przed grzebaniem :/

As far as we understand, the car in trouble is FF3 2011. This is a central configuration driven car. It means that you have to enable some parameter in Central Configuration. Depending on the module, the change is either spreaded automatically, or requires special procedure Relearn/Init to be executed. The RCM module belongs to the second category.

The Relearn/Init function synchronizes the RCM local configuration with Central one. So in order to change some configuraiton in RCM, you have to:
- do the change in the Central Configuration

- perform the Relearn/Init function.
FORScan has 2 functions for it (that makes the confusion, we guess):

1. RCM Module Initialization/Relearn Vehicle data - this is standard function that is not support by this RCM. But some RCM versions may support it, this is why it is also available in FORScan for your car.

2. RCM Module Reset/Configuration - this function works for your car.

So in order to enable the PAD switch, you have to do the following:

- Enable PAD in CC

- Run RCM Module Reset/Configuration

The B00D5 and B1D75 DTCs means that you have enabled the PAD in Configuration, but for some reason RCM cannot find PAD switch and PAD indicator hardware.

If you want to roll the changes back, you have to:

- Disable PAD in CC or reset to factory configuration

- Run RCM Module Reset/Configuration

As far as we understand, you did the following:

- Enable PAD in CC

- Run RCM Module Reset/Configuration

And got B00D5 and B1D75 that is correct. Then you

- Disabled PAD in CC

but forgot to perform this step:

- Run RCM Module Reset/Configuration

Thus, in addition to B00D5 and B1D75 that remain because RCM wasn't reset, you got U2100/U2101 that means that RCM local configuration doesn't match to CC.

Please try to disable PAD and run RCM Module Reset/Configuration. Please let us know the result so we could make sure it fixed the problem and we can post this information on our forum in repsonse to your thread.


Ok, I followed your instructions.

What I did today? - I've tried rollback changes.

Disable PAD in CC (it was turned off) - screen #1
Try RCM module reset/config - screen #2 and the warning screen #3
Tried relearn RCM - bug! but after RCM reset was complete - screen #4
Can you see how my RCM AsB looks? - tried "load factory AB" - screen #5

So... the DTC's still are on :(

No, I don't forget but I saw the same massage "the service procedure has been interrupted" like at screen #3 and that is the main problem for me.


1. According to the debug informaiton provided, the RCM Module Reset/Configuration functions works fine except just one case when RCM module didn't respond at all (like ignition was off). In all other cases it worked. Although yes, it didn't help to reset the DTC.
2. For some reason, network functions don't work in your car, but it is not FORScan fault. FORScan uses Windows system API to access the Internet, so Internet Explorer (IE) . Please run Internet Explorer and try to connect to forscan.org site. If connection fails, please check IE settings and fix them if necessary. Also you may try to disable firewall to check if it blocks FORScan.
3. We see that BCM Central Configuration doesn't match to factory one. Please reset it to factory one. Considering that network functions don't work properly in your case, please load the factory configuration from the file attached.

After the Central Configuration is updated, please retry the RCM Module Reset/Configuration.

4. The RCM Module Configuration is internal module data, not factory As Built. It is not included in the factory AB, no need to reset it to factory.


W moim focusie był problem żeby połączyć się do sieci i pobrać potrzebny config (support wysłał mi go jako załącznik w mailu).
Tak jak pisali - forscan łączy się za pomocą IE i tutaj często coś blokuje.

Witam, jestem od dzis nowym członkiem, posiadam fokusa mk3 2012 rok 1.0 125 km, samochod stał miesiac czasu, akumulator dobry, po odpaleniu zapaliła sie poduszka i cały czas pali sie.
