Hej. Gdyby ktos potrzebowal usunac Sirius ze zodel dzwieku:

Needed:
-Desire to eliminate your unused Sirius menu option
-My Ford Touch (SYNC2 8" Touchscreen)
-FORScan (I'm running 2.3.6 beta with free extended license on a WIN 7 Pro 64-bit Dell e6530)
-Interface device (I'm using an old, clone, USB ELM327 home-modified with HS/MS switch)
(this isn't a FORScan tutorial - please get familiar with it and you interface device elsewhere)

For NON-SONY entertainment (proven to work for me):
-Connect and read all modules using FORScan
-In "Configuration and Programming" choose APIM
-Save your existing configuration to a file (always)
-At 7D0-01-01 you should see 2###-####-#### (where # is a hexadecimal value)
-Change 2 to 0
-Write the new entry to your APIM; follow the onscreen instructions to cycle the key off-then-on; let SYNC run through it's self-initiated maintenance screen.

VOILA! No more 'Sirius' on the menu and it doesn't show as I scroll through choices with the steering wheel controls. It's gone. Done, tested and proven on my Escape (see signature block for details on my car). This had no effect on other reprogramming I'd done to my APIM (self-enabled Navigation still works perfectly). No DTC's were detected before or after I did the re-programming.

For SONY entertainment (not proven by me - I don't have a SONY system)
-Connect and read all modules using FORScan (this isn't a FORScan tutorial - get familiar with it elsewhere)

Czyli tylko o to chodzi. Ok. Nie korzystam ale mi nie przeszkadza. :)

Dokładnie ja też mam i mimo że jest bezużyteczne mi to nie przeszkadza:)
Pytanie mam natomiast takie - czy można uaktywnić odbiór DAB+

Mi przeszkadzal, przy przelaczaniu z bluetooth na fm np. za pomoca przycisku "M" na kierownicy trwalo to znacznie dluzej, poniewaz trzeba bylo przebrnac przez bodajze 2x Sirius, ktory i tak nie smiga. Obecnie zajmuje to mniej czasu. Zabieg mozna powiedziec kosmetyczny, ale przydatny.

abonament można sobie wykupić jak ktoś chce ale po co? W Europie nie odbiera Sirius bo nie ma nadajników

Owszem. Z satelitami skierowanymi jedynie na Amerykę Północną.
Wykupienie abonamentu Siriusa jest tak samo roztropne jak kupienie abonamentu jakiejś kablówki z Los Angeles na przykład...:one:
