Odczytałem to jako zgryźliwość, ale skoro to nie była to przepraszam. Ja już pisałem, że staram się robić wszystko co mogę sam, bo w warsztacie często płaci się za brak wiedzy i niekompetencję.
Ostatnie zdanie jest jak najbardziej sensowne, ale wszystko jest zależne od pieniędzy. Jeżeli za 200zł mogę sobie pomóc to można kombinować bez kodów, ale jeżeli trzeba wydać 500 na zaworek i dyszę a za 650 mieć poprawnie zregenerowany wtrysk to wolałbym dołożyć 150zł i mieć coś praktycznie nowego.

After having my injectors reconditioned 18months ago by United Diesel, my injectors are now shot again. That is approx 20,000 miles for the injectors to fail. If truth be told, there was only the first 8-9 weeks when they ran well. After that the cold start smoke returned. Keith at United Diesel suggested I return them for him to recheck and after he suggested they were fine, even though the smoke was still present. The smoke has gradually increased on cold starts till there is an embarrising plume again. A few days ago, one of the injectors stopped working all together. United Diesel are not willing to correct any wrongs and suggest any failures will be down to parts used and should be taken up with the relevant manafacturer which could take anything upto and beyond 12 months. The price for 4 reconditioned was £460 that is £115 each.

ccording to both Delphi and Merlin, any injector that is taken apart and overhauled should be put through one of their machines to give it a new 16 digit code along with checking that it works correctly within the parameters. If a new code is not used, the injector can fail prematurely. Merlin added that the 2 parts that are usually changed (nozzle and valve) aren't enough and that the valve sandwich plate should be changed as well. By doing this, they have had a massive reduction in failures.
