If I understood right, you changed module 7m5t-19g488-be for 8-series module - what is exact part number of that new module?

In general, 7M5T modules have fixed pairing code and mono audio output connected to other pins then 8M5T modules which have variable pairing code (displayed on radio display) and stereo output (on different pins from module side then 7M5T modules) which is connected to aux input in radio. In wiring for stereo BT modules, aux socket cables are connected to the module, not directly to radio

If VoiceControl doesn't work in you new module, then probably it comes from other Ford model (Fiesta or Mondeo), so you need to configure it for Focus2 using ELMConfig
