Odp: komputer paliwowy dodanie opcji w benzynie i dieslu

My software version is 28.01.2004, so i think it will be posible to activate all function.
I asked the forscan moderator, and he wrote that even is the same line of program, Forscan don't have acces to that part.
Could you recomend a relativly cheap programmer to change those bits?
