Wpisałem w wyszukiwarkę "engine does not start after refuelling" i znalazłem mnóstwo podobnych przypadków, a nawet filmiki. Jest m.in. taki opis:

"(...) The problem is not the fuel pressure or fuel filter, otherwise your hard starting problem would present at all starts, not just when you've refueled the car. The fact that it happens consistently every time you refuel the car is the tip-off as to the real problem.

The problem is the vapor recovery system is not closing off to the intake manifold when you're fueling the car. What's happening is some liquid gasoline is entering the intake manifold from the port on the filler neck, so the engine is flooded on your start after having fueled the car. The car starts on your second attempt when you hold the throttle pedal down because you're allowing more air to the engine, clearing the flooded situation.

Have your mechanic check the solenoid for the recovery system for being stuck open. This is an uncommon failure and very few techs know this system or the symptoms that it causes. (...)"

Przy następnym tankowaniu sprawdzę, czy po naciśnięciu pedału gazu będzie szybciej odpalał (tak jak wyżej napisali). Jeśli tak, to przyczyna zostanie namierzona. Z opisu wynika, że winny jest zawór par paliwa (purge valve). Na liście części widzę dwa:
FINIS 1933022 BG9N-9E963-AE (i to jest chyba elektrozawór)
FINIS 1873159 BG9N-9E963-BG (a to bardziej wygląda na przewód z zaworkiem zwrotnym, albo czujnikiem)
Widziałem też filmik na youtube, w którym koleś opowiada, że takie problemy się pojawiają we współczesnych autach, kiedy się tankuje za dużo paliwa, w sensie więcej, niż do pierwszego odbicia pistoletu. A ja tak właśnie robiłem. Zawsze klikałem do równego litrażu na wyświetlaczu dystrybutora. No i się doigrałem...
