Thank you very much for your answer. From the information that I found in the internet, E-series IPMAs can be flashed to S-series. To add some extra information, I tried to update IPMA with FORScan to the following S-series level:

FS7T-14G019-SF
FS7T-14G024-SE
FT4T-14G081-HE
FT4T-14G082-HE

I successfully flashed it and maintains the same level of functionality of the starting E-series level, but I still get the same DTCs in CCM/IPMA regarding the messages exchanged over the MS2CAN.
I flashed to SF level because it was the best I could find, hoping it would be enough to solve. Apparently it is not enough. Some guy in the 2gfusion forum says that flashing to SJ level solved the issue for him.
