[Mondeo 2007-2014] IVDC - invalid data received from suspension module

Hello friends
First I apologise for posting in English, but using translator is terrible.

I am hoping some very knowledgeable people here can help or advise me

I am nearly finished installing IVDC. I have nearly all parts fitted now except shock absorbers. I have made my own wiring harness and used all the correct plugs. All 4 height sensors 3 accelerometers switch and module fitted. I have joined into Can with twisted cables. I have turned on in elm config and as expected I get "IVDC malfunction" in convers. I thought this was because I didn't have shock absorbers fitted.
I have both (new) front shocks. So today I plugged in front shocks and I got 2 bulbs with 5 ohm resistance (same as front) to plug into rears. Fooling the module that all shocks are fitted.
I still get "IVDC malfunction" So i plugged in forscan and read DTCs.
I am getting a DTC in ABS module that says "invalid data received from suspension module"
I know I have the right ABS module because I changed it when I fitted adaptive cruise control earlier this year
The suspension module I have is 6G9N-3B494-AB
When I clear DTC it comes straight back
If I unplug suspension module, error can be cleared.
Can wires are definitely the right way around, switch doesnt even light up if I swap them over, and I get other errors
Anyone any ides? Please

Hello my friend. First idea-maybe suspension module is faulty?Second-maybe this module have to be configured by IDS. Simmilary as was with ABS pump and YAW sensor?

0) if You can connect to the IVDC module and configure them or red errors (about not connectet shock absorbers), CAN wires are conected correctly.
1) pleas write Your DTC errors with OBD DTC numbers. It might be easier to understand them
2) maybe, You need to "pair" the ABS and IVDC module, i mean "to say to your ABS module that You have IVDC module"
but i'm not sure so:
3) i try to translate Your problem, mayby it will be more easily to get right answer.

Mam nadzieję, że ktoś z dużym doświadczeniem lub wiedzą będzie mógł mi pomóc lub doradzić.

Jestem na etapie kończenia instalacji IVDC. Mam prawie wszystkie części zamontowane z wyjątkiem amortyzatorów. Zrobiłem własną wiązkę przewodów stosując wszystkie odpowiednie wtyczki (oryginalne). Wszystkie 4 czujniki wysokości oraz 3 akcelerometry oraz moduł zamontowane. Podłączone do szyny CAN skręconymi przewodami. Właczyłem ELM configiem IVDC i zgodnie z oczekiwaniami pojawił sie błąd "awaria IVDC" w Convers. Myślałem, że to dlatego, że nie mam zamontowanych amortyzatorów.
Mam oba nowe przednie amortyzatory, więc dzisiaj je podłączyłem, a zamiast tylnych amortyzatorów podłączyłem żarówki o oporności 5 Omów, takiej jak przednie amortyzatory, żeby oszukać moduł że wszystkie 4 amortyzatory sa podłączone.

Mimo to wciąż jest błąd "awaria IVDC" więc podłączyłem forscan i odczytałem kody DTC.
Otrzymuję DTC w module ABS, który mówi "nieprawidłowe dane otrzymane z modułu zawieszenia"
Wiem, że mam odpowiedni moduł ABS, bo zmieniłem go, kiedy montowałem ACC - Adaptive Cruise Control w tym roku
Moduł zawieszenia mam 6G9N-3B494-AB
Kiedy wykasuje błąd DTC, wraca z powrotem od razu.
Gdybym odłączył moduł zawieszenia, błąd można wyczyścić.
Przewody od CAN raczej nie są zamienione, bo jak je zamienię, to nie chce nawet odpalić i pojawiają się inne błędy.

Ktokolwiek jakieś pomysły? Proszę o pomoc.

Hello Gary.Wrong title of topic is because IVDC-Help it's not to much precision.Better be a write title''IVDC-module problem''?Could you made adaptation procedures by IDS with IVDC module?
