Hello everyone

I have 2015 tdci Ford Mondeo 132 000km with DCT451 transmission.

I have this car for a 2 years.

My issue is: when i decelerate and vehicle has stopped a vibration can be felt through the body. It seems like the vibration comes from a drivetrain.
I have visited several services ( I work in one), and comments are: we don`t know were it`s coming from, we think it is inside of the gearbox

vibrations are hard to record, but are at the same time. The higher the speed from which i stop the vibrations are stronger.

For me it looks like powershift is not disengaging gears as fast as it suppose to.
Has anyone encountered this problem? Does anyone have an idea where it can come from?

Otherwise, the car works perfectly, has no symptoms of a broken gearbox, does not skid the clutches, absolutely nothing, changes gears smoothly and without wrinkling, has changed oil.

Thanks for the answer ... I kept looking in these topics, but I didn't find anything similar to my problem, or any similar symptom. That's why I opened a new topic, maybe I'll find someone else with this problem?
Am I the only bad guy?

looks like it's some kind of mechanical damage inside the gearbox. Nobody will make a diagnosis at a distance. It is necessary to unfold the gearbox. This is my opinion, the sound is very strange and disturbing.

The boys from the gearbox service did no know either, being the DCT451 gearbox,they did not open any 451. I thought maybe someone had run into this problem before. To know where to start looking, or what to expect.

This could be a problem with the torsional vibration damper. If the gear changes are not smooth, there are vibrations in a certain speed range when accelerating, this may be a problem, the problem may also be worn engine cushions, especially the hydraulic cushion, the problem may also be the wear of the pistons of the clutch pressing forks or the solenoids themselves and even contaminated mechatronics of the gearbox. I suggest changing the oil after draining the old oil, filter it thoroughly through the stocking, in order to catch all possible impurities that may be there, if there are solids in it, except for a small amount of filings which are always, but only small amounts like dust or sand, the box should be dismantled to find out where is the problem .

Hello

The oil has been changed according to the manufacturer's specifications. I changed the oil 17,000km ago. It was clean, with no residue in it. The box does not wrinkle, changes gears smoothly and linearly, pulls constantly up to 200+ without problems.
The only time it vibrates is when starting, in D or R, without accelerating, or especially when you brake, before stopping, it is as if it would delay the isengagement. I calibrated the clutches and forks, after I changed the flywheel, because the mechanics said from there it's the problem, it wasn't, money wasted.
